Fantastic Debates - FARACI VS. SWANBERG

Devin Faraci, the Badass-In-Chief from Badass Digest goes toe to toe with independent filmmaker Joe Swanberg at the Fantastic Debates.

Quench your thirst for blood AND intellectual disputation with another installment of the Fantastic Debates, where the burning questions facing the fan community are resolved once and for all via formal debate followed by in-ring fisticuffs. Last year festival director Tim League squared off against the star of the Irish bare-knuckle boxing documentary KNUCKLE while Lord of the Rings stars Elijah Wood and Dominic Monaghan waged both verbal and physical war.

    The Fantastic Debates have become the most highly anticipated special event at Fantastic Fest. At the Fantastic Debates, press, filmmakers & film professionals enter the arena for a formal debate followed by two rounds of boxing. In the ring, the great issues facing the fan community are solved once and for all, first by words, then by fisticuffs. Four debates are scheduled, culminating in the main event, a bout featuring Fantastic Fest Co-Founder Tim League.
